- I led a team that employed a range of time-series techniques and machine learning algorithms on multimodal datasets to predict possible spikes in case counts.
- This project was awarded an A*STAR Infectious Diseases Horizontal Technology Coordinating Office grant for 2 years (2023 thru 2024).
- Real-time interactive visualisations for tracking of COVID-19
- Weekly reports for public consumption, summarising and analysing up to 100K newly-collected viral sequences
